Having built over 1500 lofts to date we have proven to be a company dedicated to our clients and who care about the quality of the finished product as much as they do.
With a long list of happy customers, most of our work comes from word of mouth.
We can manage every project from the design and drawing process through to completion and can offer interior design once complete if required.
We are a carefully assembled team consisting of experts in each field that not only have decades of individual field knowledge but also vast loft experience. All staff will arrive in uniform and in most cases sign written vehicles. We do not sub-contract our projects and pride ourselves on delivering consistent quality using our in-house team most of whom we have trained into exactly what we want.
A team member will visit to initially survey your loft. They are not salaried salesman with no experience, but are loft specialists and have personally built hundreds of lofts themselves so designing a loft and space planning is second nature to them.
Along with the day to day running, orders and customer services they personally complete and walk the client through the final items on every project to make sure the quality of work is maintained from start to finish.
We have an in house bricklaying team who bounce between each team as required but on a day to day bases are busy creating our design and build’s or extensions for those clients who require a company that can do it all.
We build your loft from the scaffold, so that by the time we install your staircase your loft space is insulated, plaster boarded and ready to plaster. The dusty / dirty work is already done, allowing you to add your ideas and finishing touches to your project.
